Is there a trial on the paid plans?
The Watch plan is free permanently rather than for fourteen days, which we think is the more honest version of a trial — you can see the scoring work on your own account for as long as you like before paying for drafting.
What if I hit my API cap mid-month?
Scanning pauses and Today stops refreshing until the cap resets or you raise it. Nothing is billed past the cap, and you get one warning at 80% if you leave that notification on.
Can I move between plans?
Up or down at any time. Downgrading keeps your voice model and drafts; it stops new drafting until you upgrade again. Nothing is deleted on a downgrade.
Do you refund?
Within fourteen days of a charge, for any reason, by writing to hello@cruxpost.com. After that the subscription simply stops at the end of the period you paid for.
